Aldar Properties has launched The Cedars within its Yas Acres golf and waterfront community in Abu Dhabi. According to the developer, the project is designed around nature-focused living and forms part of its vision to create integrated residential communities within the Yas Acres master plan. Upon completion, The Cedars will introduce 1,315 villas and townhouses along the northern shoreline of Yas Island. Construction had already commenced at the time of announcement, with the first 652 homes planned for handover in 2019. Residents of the community are expected to enjoy a wide range of lifestyle amenities, including landscaped parks, cycling and jogging tracks, shaded walkways, indoor and outdoor fitness areas, community pools, playgrounds, sports courts, and BBQ spaces distributed throughout the residential clusters.
