This project involves construction of Pixel Towers at Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi. The project is about Construction of seven mixed-use residential towers with a total built-up area of 83,000 square meters offering (480) residential units. It is part of the Makers District. The development will include more than 3,500 square meters of commercial, food & beverage, and retail space. It incorporating over 15,000 square meters of commercial and retail space, the project will offer future residents and visitors access to retail, co-working, artisanal, community and commercial areas on the ground, first and second floors. the typical ‘penthouse’ approach is described as redefined: offering studio apartments to a younger generation on every level, and some of the more luxurious and larger apartments located facing the lively central plaza on the third to fifth floors. It will also include a water feature. Pixel Towers will be located near The Artery, a unique hybrid parking garage. Pixel project will offer 480 residential units within all seven mixed-use residential towers that are surrounded by pocket gardens and frame a centralized plaza. The plaza, on the other hand, will feature a mix of restaurants, retail shops and offices, as well as a signature water feature.
