Leonardo Residence
Reportage’s First Residential Marvel in Masdar City – A New Standard of Sustainable Urban Living
Welcome to the very first residential development by Reportage Properties, located in one of Abu Dhabi’s most forward-thinking and sustainable communities — Masdar City. With its visionary master plan, green ethos, and strategic location, Masdar City has become one of the most sought-after addresses in the capital. Reportage’s debut project takes full advantage of this vibrant setting, offering modern, eco-friendly living spaces that combine style, functionality, and sustainability.
Prime Location in the Heart of Masdar City
The project enjoys a privileged position on a beautifully landscaped central boulevard in Masdar City. This location is not only aesthetically pleasing but also extremely practical. Situated close to key landmarks such as the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) Headquarters and the prestigious Masdar Institute of Science and Technology, the development is at the core of innovation and sustainability.
Residents benefit from excellent connectivity to the rest of Abu Dhabi and beyond, with easy access to major roads, Abu Dhabi International Airport, and nearby business and educational hubs. Whether you’re a professional working in the city or a family seeking a green, futuristic lifestyle, this development places you right at the center of it all.
A Green Oasis with Direct Park Access
One of the standout features of the project is its direct access to Masdar City's famous ‘green belt’. This expansive, landscaped park area runs through the heart of the community and offers a wide variety of recreational and cultural facilities. Residents can enjoy walking and cycling paths, children’s play areas, shaded seating zones, and open-air event spaces — all designed to promote a healthy, outdoor lifestyle.
