Mismak Properties Co. LLC ("Mismak") is a limited liability company wholly owned by First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB). Established in 2006, Mismak acts as a holding company for the Group’s real estate investment and development activities. Shangri-La Hotel, Dubai
In October 2020, Mismak Properties signed an operating agreement with Shangri-La to manage a 42-storey hotel in Dubai. This partnership has added a prestigious hospitality project to Mismak’s portfolio and plays a significant role in the UAE’s luxury hospitality market.
Omega Tower, Al Reem Island
Omega Tower is a commercial high-rise developed by Mismak Properties in the City of Lights, Al Reem Island. It forms part of the Solaris Towers development and features 35 floors with 349 office units. Investors can choose from fully fitted, partitioned, and shell-and-core options, with most units including a private washroom and pantry.
Mismak Properties functions as a real estate investment and development arm of FAB. The company not only develops and manages its own projects but also manages developments for FGB through its Engineering Section.
